About Me

Phillippa Newton's career in real estate started four years go after transitioning from a 25-year career in the hospitality industry, where she worked as a concierge at the Cable Beach hotel before moving to Resorts International now Atlantis Resort and Casino as a cocktail waitress. With those years in the hotel industry preparing her for real estate and property management, and having interacted with and served people from all walks of life from the average man to heads of state and celebrities, she has always been professional, confidential and treated all guest like royalty. Having experience in those positions has taught her to always treat everyone equally, with respect and to never judge a book by its cover.

Phillippa's clients are very important to her that is why she goes the extra mile to make sure they get the best value for their money. When purchasing she shows them what to look for and what questions to ask, when selling their home or income property she advises them on the repairs needed and how to stage to attract potential buyers. As a Property Manager, she makes sure that your property is well maintained, and shown in the best light for renting, or always prepared and ready for your next stay.
