As an Estate Agent with C. A. Christie, she shares the company’s vision in offering Premier Real Estate in The Bahamas. With her comprehensive experience in sales, rentals and property management. Reneika manages more than $2M in real estate assets and continues to achieve business success with over $5M in developer, residential and commercial sales and rentals.
Reneika has established her own Real Estate Development, Management and Rental Company and has acquired several Real Estate Qualifications such as her (CIPS) Certified International Property Specialist, (CRB) Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager Designations and (BRI) Bahamas Real Estate Broker Course. Also she is a member of (NAR) The National Association of Realtors, (BREA) The Bahamas Real Estate Association and (REBI) Real Estate Business Institute.
Reneika is an avid golf player and has been a member of The Bahamas’ National Junior and Women’s Golf Federation Teams. Being a golfer, enabled her to play with many multinational players. Reneika’s zeal for golf and real estate with a shrewd business acumen allows her to apply ingenuity to assist her clients in acquiring superior value and high ROI’s.
